Position Overview
As an Assistant Talent Sourcer, you’ll play a critical role in identifying and engaging potential candidates for a variety of positions and industries. You’ll work closely with our recruitment team to ensure our talent pipeline stays strong and vibrant, supporting our mission to deliver the best talent to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Research and identify candidates based on specific job requirements and qualifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Quickly pivot between sourcing efforts across multiple industries and position types as business needs evolve.
- Assist with initial outreach to candidates and coordinate communication between candidates and recruiters as needed.
- Support additional sourcing and administrative tasks to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent sourcing or a related recruitment support role.
- Strong ability to pivot quickly between different industries, roles, and sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks).
- Excellent research skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently, with strong communication skills for virtual collaboration.
- Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone.
