Role Description
We are looking for a Remote, Commission-Based Sourcing Agent – Sportswear & Streetwear. This role is 100% remote and commission-based, focused on bringing in clients, negotiating deals, and earning commission on finalized orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in the sportswear and streetwear industry.
- Promote Novo Sports’ custom manufacturing services to brands, clubs, schools, and organizations worldwide.
- Negotiate deals and finalize orders on behalf of clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize commission earnings.
This is a fully remote role with compensation on a commission basis – no fixed salary.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition (preferably in apparel, sportswear, or streetwear).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with the sportswear industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
