The Purpose of the Role
This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to immerse yourself in real-world software development projects at Qualifyze. As a Software Engineer Intern, you will work closely with the engineering team to build, test, and optimize our digital solutions, contributing to the future of supply chain compliance technology. Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing new features for our digital platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software solutions.
- Write, test, and debug code, ensuring software quality.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to software documentation.
- Research and implement best practices in software engineering.
- Analyze and optimize existing systems to improve performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies relevant to the Life Sciences sector.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Passionate about software development and emerging technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Fluent English communication skills (other languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Knowledge of databases and APIs.
