Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled creator to join our team part-time. This role will be pivotal in developing and implementing strategies that foster antifragility, well-being, and peak performance among our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of expertise in creative design, video editing, social media strategy (including analytics) and social media management. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of social media analytics and experience leveraging those analytics for iteration, experimentation and improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Co-founders and Marketing Manager to iterate on and re-create a cohesive marketing plan.
- Lead social media strategy and execution across our chosen platforms in service of that marketing plan.
- Design visually compelling and engaging content using Canva for various digital platforms, including social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos that effectively communicate key messages. You can use your preferred software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate psychology insights into marketing campaigns and educational materials.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools with at least a small portfolio demonstrating creative capabilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) with examples of past work.
- Basic proficiency in social media analytics and how those analytics inform iteration and experimentation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex psychological concepts through multimedia formats.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free deliverables.
- Is highly organized, systems-oriented and keeps needless tasks, reviews and communications to a minimum.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Passion for promoting mental health, resilience, and optimal performance.
Location: Remote
Hours: An average of approximately 40/month or 10/week.
