🔭The Role

Then we’ve got an opportunity for you - we are looking for our first ever Social Media Manager to kickstart our social presence!
We’ve been busy building the world’s most sophisticated AI sales prospecting tool during the last couple of years and we’re finally ready to shout about it to the entire world. Will you be our megaphone?
This is your chance to define our social strategy and have a huge amount of impact from day one. You'll be responsible for curating and sharing engaging content, growing our follower base and interacting with our online community.
We are a B2B company, but that doesn’t mean we want to have a boring, stale online presence - if you welcome the challenge of making a fun, vibrant brand that is also a functional work tool then go ahead and hit ‘apply’!
You’ll be:
- Creating content: from one-liners all the way up to short-form video content
- Engaging with our community by responding to comments and direct messages
- Driving our content strategy, using data to decide what’s working and what’s not
🔭 Your Profile
- 1-5 years relevant experience in marketing, social media, community building or other relevant roles
- Knowledge of historically successful social and content strategies
- Experience of running social media for a brand/company (preferably incl. Linkedin)
- Possess content creation skills (preferably incl. copy writing, video creation and editing skills)
- Have examples of (and enjoy!) creating humorous, engaging content
- Have experience of and confidence in talking to customers online (and offline!)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with using social insights and data to make strategic decisions
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
