Undercurrent is a fast-growing, purpose-driven undergarment brand. Proudly woman- and minority-founded, we engineer smart solutions to everyday clothing pain points, from slip-free no-show socks to anti-chafing underwear. We’re gearing up for major new product drops this summer and expanding our retail footprint, and we need your creative energy to help tell our story.


The Role


We’re looking for a highly creative, trend-savvy intern who lives and breathes social media and is obsessed with innovative CPG brands. You won’t just be scheduling posts; you’ll be hands-on in shaping our digital presence across multiple platforms.


What You’ll Do


  • Create Content: Brainstorm, shoot, and edit highly engaging short-form video and graphics for TikTok, Instagram (Reels/Stories), and Facebook.
  • Spot Trends: Identify emerging audio, memes, and cultural trends, quickly adapting them to the Undercurrent brand voice.
  • Support Campaigns: Help execute organic social strategies for our upcoming product launches and collaborate on visual creatives for paid channels like Meta ads.
  • Build Community: Engage directly with our followers to foster a loyal, active digital audience.


Who You Are


  • Platform Native: You deeply understand the algorithms, nuances, and best practices of TikTok and Instagram.
  • Content Creator: You have a great eye for design and are proficient in in-app editing or tools like Canva and CapCut.
  • CPG Enthusiast: You love analyzing what makes modern consumer and DTC brands successful online.
  • Proactive & Mission-Aligned: You are a self-starter excited to grow an inclusive brand that prioritizes real utility and thoughtful design.
