VORO (voroskin.com, formerly Omnipher) is a direct-to-consumer (DTC) lip care brand launching this August. We make flat, carry-first lip care that lives with the things you already carry: keys, wallet, phone, bag, pocket, so it's always on hand.

About the Role
We're hiring Social Media & Content Creation Interns to create short-form video, photo, and written content and help grow our pre-launch waitlist. This is a remote content creator internship ideal for students, recent grads, and aspiring social media marketers who want hands-on experience at a fast-moving DTC ecommerce startup, with a real path to a paid full-time role at launch.
Responsibilities
- Create social media content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts (about 5 pieces per week)
- Shoot and edit short-form video and product photography
- Write social copy and captions that grow our email waitlist
- Support paid social ads and outreach to creators, blogs, and media
- Track content performance and iterate on what works
Qualifications
- Skilled in at least one of: video creation/editing, photography, or copywriting
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and Reels and current social trends
- Experience making UGC (user-generated content) or growing a personal audience is a plus
- Self-directed, consistent, and reliable
- Open to college students, recent grads, and entry-level creators
Compensation & Benefits
To be transparent: this is not a salaried or hourly role. It's an outcome-based, commission internship with high upside:
- Uncapped commission: $1 for every 10 email leads you generate
- Free product before launch and unlimited supply after
- Hands-on DTC / ecommerce marketing experience with a well-backed brand
