We are seeking a motivated Social Media Intern to support our agency’s online presence and help build the KaraMGMT brand across social media platforms.
Role Description
This is a flexible, part-time internship perfect for students or early-career individuals interested in influencer marketing, creator management, and social media strategy. You’ll assist with planning, creating, and organizing content for KaraMGMT’s Instagram.
Time Commitment: 2–4 hours per week
Location: Remote
Compensation: Unpaid (with strong resume value + potential for future paid opportunities)
Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and posting content on the KaraMGMT Instagram account
• Help create simple graphics, announcements, and spotlights using Canva
• Maintain a content calendar with upcoming posts and ideas
• Research social media trends, creators, and relevant brand moments
• Support with campaign highlight posts and creator/brand features
• Draft captions and help maintain the agency’s brand voice
• Organize content assets to keep the feed cohesive and on-brand
• Light engagement (liking comments, responding to simple DMs)
• Brainstorm new content ideas to grow the agency’s presence
Qualifications
• Strong interest in influencer marketing, creator management, or social media
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and current social media trends
• Experience with Canva or other basic graphic design tools
• Ability to write clean, simple captions that match brand tone
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Reliable and able to meet light weekly expectations
• Creative with an eye for aesthetics and clean visuals
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Bonus: Experience running a personal or small business social media account
