Oniks Capital is building the bridge between Ukrainian startup founders and European investors. We're looking for a creative, ambitious SMM Intern to help us grow our voice on LinkedIn and Instagram.

What you'll do
- Plan and publish content on LinkedIn (B2B, founder/investor-facing) and Instagram (brand storytelling)
- Take care of our Google Ads account.
- Turn our work - startup features, ecosystem insights, founder stories, into scroll-stopping posts
- Design simple visuals (Canva/Figma) and write copy that sounds human, not corporate
- Track what works and double down on it
- Bring ideas. We want a partner, not a posting machine.
You're a fit if you
- Are genuinely interested in startups, VC, or the Ukrainian tech scene
- Can write well in English (Ukrainian is a strong plus)
- Have an eye for design and a feel for what performs on social
- Are self-directed, we won't micromanage 8 hours a week
- Want to build something real for your portfolio
The details
- 📍 Fully remote
- ⏱️ 8 hours/week, flexible schedule

- 📅 3-month minimum, with the option to extend or grow into a paid role as we scale
