About the Role
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and self-driven Social Media Marketing Assistant to support TRIPA's marketing activities and online growth.
You will play an important role in increasing brand awareness, creating engaging content, growing our social media presence, and helping travelers discover TRIPA around the world.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, travel, content creation, digital marketing, startups, and emerging AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
Develop creative post ideas, captions, hashtags, and content concepts aligned with the TRIPA brand.
Support promotional campaigns for app launches, updates, seasonal travel campaigns, and special events.
Create basic graphics, social media visuals, and short-form content using Canva or similar tools.
Monitor social media activity and engage with followers through comments and messages when appropriate.
Research travel trends, social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Help increase brand awareness, audience engagement, app visibility, and follower growth.
Collaborate on content calendars and marketing plans.
Track performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Interest in social media marketing, travel, technology, AI, or digital products.
Familiarity with major social media platforms and current content trends.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude, creativity, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience managing social media accounts for a company, startup, organization, or personal brand.
Experience creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, or X.
Basic graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
Experience creating and editing short-form videos for social media.
Understanding of digital marketing principles and social media analytics.
Passion for travel, tourism, technology, or AI-powered products.
