Accountabilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube, ensuring consistent brand presence and audience growth.
  • Plan and manage editorial calendars, posting schedules, and campaign launches while continuously optimizing content performance.
  • Create engaging multimedia content including customer spotlights, product updates, educational materials, industry insights, and behind-the-scenes stories.
  • Produce short-form video content tailored for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, including ideation, filming, editing, and publishing.
  • Monitor comments, direct messages, and mentions to actively engage with the community and provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to route customer questions, surface insights from social conversations, and support broader marketing initiatives.
  • Develop programs that encourage employee advocacy, user-generated content, and community collaboration to strengthen brand reach and authenticity.
  • Track social media performance metrics, analyze engagement trends, and continuously experiment with new formats and strategies to drive growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or organization, with demonstrated success driving engagement and audience growth.
  • Proven experience owning and executing social media strategy, including content planning, campaign development, and performance optimization.
  • Strong content creation skills with hands-on experience producing short-form video and multimedia content for social platforms.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across different channels and audiences.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior across major platforms.
  • Experience managing customer conversations publicly and privately through social channels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and support teams.
  • Creative, curious, and proactive approach with a passion for experimenting with new content formats and storytelling techniques.
