About Even Realities

Even Realities builds AI-powered display smart glasses designed for the real world. We believe the best technology doesn’t demand attention — it quietly gives it back. Our products are built for presence, conversation, and clarity in the moments that matter most.

The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media / Content Strategy Manager to lead our organic content strategy across Instagram, X, LinkedIn and YouTube.

This role sits at the intersection of creative direction, cultural relevance and performance. You will shape how Even Realities shows up in the world — from product storytelling and founder narratives to reactive cultural moments and campaign amplification.

You will collaborate closely with our Social Media Operations team, Creative team, and external production partners to deliver content that drives follower growth, engagement, and cultural relevance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve Even Realities’ social content strategy across IG, X, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Build content calendars aligned with launches, partnerships, and campaigns
  • Brief and collaborate with Creative on high-impact content formats (short-form video, founder POV, product storytelling, community moments)
  • Identify and act on cultural trends relevant to our audience
  • Work with external agencies and creators to produce scalable, high-performing content
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimise strategy based on data
  • Drive follower growth, engagement rate, and shareability
Who You Are
  • 3–5 years’ experience in social media strategy and content production
  • Deep understanding of platform mechanics and online culture
  • Strong editorial instinct and visual taste
  • Experience managing content production workflows
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
  • Passionate about technology, design, culture and storytelling
