Now, we’re entering an exciting new chapter: expanding The Conqueror while also acquiring and developing new brands worldwide. We scale both fully owned and partially owned businesses, combining our marketing, data, and operational excellence expertise to accelerate their growth. Our portfolio spans fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and women’s health DTC businesses such as Enroush, Karu and other emerging global brands.
🔎 About the role
We're looking for a creative Social Media Manager ready to roll up their sleeves, create content that performs, and grow fast.
You don't need to have everything figured out yet. You need curiosity, strong instincts for what makes good social content, and the drive to learn the rest.
Your work spans two brands. On The Conqueror Challenges, our flagship with 800k+ Instagram and 500k+ Facebook followers, you'll help keep the channels alive with fresh, trend-aware content, manage the calendar, and learn to read the performance data. On Karu, a brand we're scaling from near-zero, you'll get hands-on across content, posting, and growth, including helping build TikTok from scratch.
This is a role for someone eager to take real responsibility, comfortable asking questions, and motivated by seeing their work move the numbers.
🚀 What you’ll own
The Conqueror: Instagram/Facebook/TikTok
- Do audits of our existing channels and help shape the content roadmap
- Create original content: reels, trends, and engaging formats adapted to our audience
- Manage the content calendar for existing products: planning, scheduling, and posting
- Pull together weekly performance reports and flag what's working
Karu: Instagram/Facebook/TikTok
- Define the brand voice and content identity on social
- Create and post content, and keep the calendar running on existing channels (1k on Instagram currently)
- Build and grow the TikTok account from zero
- Track and report on growth and performance metrics
🏆 You might be the one if…
- You have some hands-on experience growing or managing social accounts (internships, freelance, personal projects, or around a year in a similar role all count), ideally with a portfolio you're proud of
- You're genuinely obsessed about how Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok algorithms work, and keen to put that into practice
- You create content that's engaging, and you're hungry to learn what makes it actually perform
- You're comfortable enough with numbers to track basic metrics, and curious to go deeper
- You're starting to understand the difference between vanity metrics and real growth signals
- You can work in a European timezone
- You're fluent in English, written and spoken, to a professional standard
- You take initiative, manage your time well, and aren't afraid to ask for help
