About the Role
PFF is looking for a Social Media Manager to help execute and grow our organic social presence across all platforms. This role reports directly to the Head of Social Media and is central to how PFF shows up daily on X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
You'll be hands-on every day — writing copy, editing short-form video, scheduling content, engaging with the community, and tracking what's working. You have a genuine love for football, a sharp eye for what makes content travel on social, and you're someone who gets excited by data and analytics, not intimidated by it.
What You'll Do
- Execute daily content across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook — writing copy, editing clips, and scheduling posts
- Monitor and engage with PFF's social community in real time — responding to comments, amplifying fan conversation, and building genuine connection with the audience
- Assist in developing content formats that turn PFF's grades, data, and analysis into content fans want to engage with and share
- Track performance across platforms — pulling analytics, identifying what's working, and flagging opportunities to iterate
- Support the Head of Social in executing campaigns tied to PFF+ subscription growth, product launches, and seasonal NFL moments (Draft, fantasy season, playoffs, Super Bowl)
- Collaborate with editorial, growth, and design teams to ensure social content is aligned with broader company priorities
- Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats — and bring ideas to the table
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on social media experience, ideally at a sports, media, or digital brand
- Proven ability to create content that drives engagement — you have examples you're proud of
- Strong short-form video skills — comfortable shooting, editing, and posting yourself without a production team
- Deep understanding of what works on each platform and why
- Passion for football — you follow the game closely and understand PFF's product and audience
- Data-curious mindset — comfortable pulling analytics and using performance data to inform content decisions
- Strong writer with a sharp, platform-native voice
- Ability to work quickly and stay organized during fast-moving NFL moments
Bonus Points
- Experience with fantasy sports or sports betting content
- Familiarity with PFF's grades and data products
- Experience with tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, CreatorIQ, or similar

We want to see what you've built. When applying, please include:
- Social accounts you've directly managed
- Examples of content you're most proud of
- A brief note on what you'd do in your first 30 days at PFF
