Drive the brand’s voice, engagement, and growth across all social media platforms. Develop and execute creative campaigns that build awareness, generate leads, and foster community—all in a fully remote setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Analyze engagement metrics and optimize campaigns for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for consistent messaging.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms.
- Manage paid social campaigns and community engagement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–6 years in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and paid campaigns.
- Excellent writing, creative, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with social media automation tools and design software.
- Proven track record of growing audiences and engagement.
