The client is looking for a Web3-native Social Media Manager to own content strategy and execution across multiple platforms. Youll be responsible for managing posting schedules, creating resonant copy, coordinating with graphic designers, and running KOL/influencer campaigns.

The client is looking for a Web3-native Social Media Manager to own content strategy and execution across multiple platforms. Youll be responsible for managing posting schedules, creating resonant copy, coordinating with graphic designers, and running KOL/influencer campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Write compelling social media content aligned with each projects voice
- Manage content calendars and posting workflows
- Coordinate with graphic designers to develop high-quality visuals
- Lead social media strategy based on each token/projects unique positioning
- Plan and execute influencer/KOL campaigns
- Operate with high autonomy, using time-blocking and task tools effectively
- Meet deadlines consistently, including weekend or campaign surge periods
- 1+ year in a Web3 marketing agency or Web3-native role
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience managing content schedules and tools
- Proactive and adaptable in fast-moving environments
- 40 hours/week commitment, with weekend flexibility
- Studies or self-learning in marketing, content, or communication
