- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating diverse video content, including voiceovers and real‑time coverage.
- Strong aesthetic sense aligned with the brand’s fun, accessible, and beauty‑first identity.
- Resourceful and scrappy, capable of producing compelling content with minimal equipment.
- Excellent writing skills for captions, community replies, and brief copy.
- Flexible, calm under pressure, and adaptable to fast-moving schedules and last-minute changes.
- Self-motivated with proactive communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Background in beauty, personal care, or lifestyle industries is highly preferred.
- Own and manage daily content creation and publishing across TikTok and Instagram, with TikTok as the primary focus.
- Ideate, shoot, and edit original short‑form videos regularly, leveraging trending audio, transitions, and formats.
- Appear on camera consistently, leading videos, voiceovers, and real‑time content to authentically represent the brand.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with the brand’s warm, accessible, and beauty‑first tone.
- Identify ongoing social‑first content series that entertain and engage the audience while staying true to brand values.
- Collaborate with the Brand team to translate campaign concepts into native social content.
- Monitor social trends and cultural moments, flagging opportunities for reactive content or real‑time engagement.
- Build and grow KITSCH’s community presence across platforms by developing engaging strategies and responding to followers.
- Track performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and community growth.
