Overview:

This role is built for a true content-first marketer - someone who understands how to create, capture, and scale engaging social content in real time. You’ll act as the brand’s voice and personality across social platforms, owning both the creative execution and strategic direction of organic content. This is not a traditional social media management role focused on scheduling or moderation. Instead, it’s a hands-on creator position responsible for developing platform-native content that resonates, drives engagement, and builds a distinct brand presence.


What You’ll Own:

Creative Development & Content Production

  • Concept, shoot, and produce short-form video content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Serve as an on-camera presence when needed, including hosting, voiceovers, and lifestyle-driven storytelling
  • Create content tailored specifically to each platform - avoiding overly polished or repurposed assets
  • Independently edit and deliver the majority of content, while directing shoots when additional support is involved
  • Establish a consistent tone and personality that reflects the brand in an authentic and relatable way


Social Strategy & Execution

  • Build and manage the organic social content roadmap across all active channels
  • Define platform-specific approaches based on audience behavior and content performance
  • Identify and act quickly on emerging trends, formats, and cultural moments
  • Ensure consistent posting cadence and timely execution of content


Audience Interaction & Community Growth

  • Engage with followers through comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and genuine way
  • Identify opportunities to highlight user-generated content, creators, and brand advocates
  • Partner with influencer and paid media teams to surface high-performing organic content for amplification
  • Help foster a strong, engaged community around the brand


Performance Tracking & Brand Alignment

  • Monitor key social metrics including engagement, reach, follower growth, saves, and shares
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights for future content
  • Ensure all output aligns with brand voice, visual identity, and messaging standards
  • Share learnings and recommendations with cross-functional teams


How You’ll Contribute:

You’ll have full ownership over day-to-day organic content decisions - what gets created, how it’s executed, and when it goes live. You’ll also collaborate closely with creative leadership and paid media teams to influence broader campaign direction and content strategy.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work directly with the Creative Strategist to align on priorities and performance insights
  • Partner with creative leadership on major campaigns and brand direction
  • Collaborate with paid media teams to identify scalable content opportunities
  • Coordinate with broader marketing teams on integrated initiatives


What We’re Looking For:

Core Experience

  • 5+ years creating social-first content with a strong portfolio demonstrating platform fluency
  • Proven ability to develop content that both engages audiences and strengthens brand identity
  • Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera


Key Traits

  • Fast-moving and highly adaptable - you can go from idea to published content quickly
  • Strong instincts for trends, timing, and cultural relevance
  • Self-starter who can operate without heavy direction or detailed briefs
  • Clear understanding of what differentiates high-performing content from meaningful brand storytelling


Nice to Have

  • Personal experience as a content creator or established social presence
  • Background in consumer brands (CPG, wellness, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle)
  • Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar
  • Familiarity with social analytics and scheduling platforms
  • Experience working with influencers or user-generated content strategies


Offering:

  • $90,000 - $120,000 base salary range
  • 20% annual bonus target
