Job Description
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our brand presence across all major platforms. This role involves managing brand accounts, creating content, and handling audience engagement. A background check is required for all positions with brand account access.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and X
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including graphics and short-form videos
- Monitor channels daily and respond to comments, messages, and mentions
- Track and analyze performance metrics including reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize for ROI
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership
- High school diploma required; bachelor degree preferred
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices
- Experience with Canva or basic design tools a plus
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- 2+ years of social media experience preferred — recent graduates considered
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
