- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with insights.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions.
- Monitor online conversations and feedback to gather customer insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with marketing objectives.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Strong creative and content creation skills, with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
