- Develop and execute Visma’s Social Media Strategy to drive brand awareness and traffic to Visma websites.
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and track ROI to improve performance.
- Conduct testing of ad creatives, copy, and audience segments to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and grow our social media accounts by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, platform updates and algorithm changes, and other emerging social media advertising trends.
- Ensure all social media accounts are consistently updated and active, continuously contributing to the achievement of our brand goals.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Social media management and digital marketing within a global organization
- Proven success in managing and expanding global social media accounts, driving engagement and growth.
- Extensive experience in performance tracking and reporting to optimize strategies and achieve goals.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, excelling at building and enhancing brand presence on social media.
- Deep understanding of brand management and social media strategy to foster long-term brand success.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing both paid and organic social media strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a proven track record of leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional project and campaign management skills, adept at prioritizing tasks and delivering results on time.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, building relationships across teams and levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
