PARISA WANG is looking for a remote Social Media Manager to lead social media planning, execution, and short-form content development across Instagram, TikTok, and related channels.
We are looking for someone who understands both luxury brand aesthetics and modern social media language — someone who can keep the brand elevated while making our content more engaging, current, and conversion-driven.
The ideal candidate has experience managing social media for women’s fashion, luxury, premium accessories, beauty, or lifestyle brands, and is highly comfortable with TikTok editing, Instagram Reels, creator content, UGC, and performance-driven social storytelling.
Candidates based in Australia or the UK are preferred, though we are open to exceptional remote candidates in ET time zones.

- Social media strategy
- Weekly/monthly content planning
- Instagram and TikTok posting

This is not a role for someone who only schedules posts or writes long reports. We need someone who understands what makes content perform today — especially on TikTok and Instagram — while still protecting a quiet luxury brand image.
Responsibilities- Plan and manage the weekly/monthly social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and other key channels
- Edit TikTok/Reels content using existing brand, product, campaign, founder, and UGC assets
- Create strong hooks, captions, text overlays, and social-first storytelling angles
- Translate campaign and product content into platform-native social content
- Maintain a refined, elevated, quiet luxury visual identity
- Manage posting, scheduling, and basic community engagement
- Work with creators and UGC partners to follow up on content deliverables, posting timelines, and asset usage
- Track content performance, engagement, saves, shares, clicks, and conversion signals
- Identify what content is working, what is not working, and what should be tested next
- Support launch moments, product drops, sales campaigns, and evergreen content pillars
- Keep content organized and ensure the team has clear visibility on what is planned, pending, posted, and performing
- Experience managing Instagram and/or TikTok for a fashion, luxury, beauty, lifestyle, accessories, or premium consumer brand
- Strong understanding of TikTok language, editing style, pacing, hooks, trends, and short-form storytelling
- Strong visual taste aligned with quiet luxury, elevated fashion, and modern feminine style
- Experience editing short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Strong English copywriting skills for captions, hooks, and text overlays
- Comfortable working with creators, UGC content, and influencer deliverables
- Organized and able to manage calendars, timelines, approvals, and posting schedules
- Able to balance brand aesthetic with engagement and performance
- Familiar with social metrics such as views, watch time, engagement, saves, shares, CTR, and conversion signals
- Experience with women’s fashion, handbags, luxury accessories, or premium lifestyle brands
- Experience managing creator/UGC workflows
- Experience working with founder-led brands is a plus
- Candidates based in Australia, US, EU, or UK preferred
