Role Description

We’re looking for a Social Media Lead to help us create thoughtful, relatable content and grow an engaged audience of parents.

This role would particularly suit a professional with lived experience as a parent or carer of a neurodivergent child, who understands both the tone this community needs and how to communicate with credibility and care.

You’ll be joining a small, experienced team working to ensure that parents feel understood, supported, and less alone.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead Neuly’s social media strategy and execution
  • Create content that grows trust, awareness and engagement
  • Turn lived experience and parent insight into strong content
  • Work with the team on content themes and creative direction
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement across channels
  • Build relationships with communities, advocates and creators
  • Track results and improve content over time
  • Bring social insight into wider brand and product thinking

What we’re looking for
  • Proven success building and growing social channels and community for a consumer brand
  • Lived experience as a parent or carer of a neurodivergent child, or a strong personal understanding of this space
  • Strong instinct for tone, storytelling and content that builds trust
  • Confident shaping strategy as well as leading hands-on execution
  • Ideally, experience in health tech, wellbeing or another trust-led category
  • Excited by AI and its potential to improve support for families

Why this role
  • Flexible, part-time work (c. 3 days per week)
  • Opportunity to shape the voice of a new, mission-driven platform
  • Work on something with genuine social impact - improving outcomes for neurodivergent families who are too often underserved
