The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Executive to help execute the high volume of content needed across Thrivin’s social channels. The creative direction, concepts, and overall brand vision already exist. We need someone highly hands-on who can take existing ideas, assets, and direction and turn them into polished, engaging content consistently and efficiently. You’ll work closely with the Social & Brand Manager and wider marketing/content team to support content creation, editing, graphic design, posting, and community management across social platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organised, visually aware, and comfortable working quickly in a fast-moving DTC environment.
What You’ll Own
Content Execution
- Create and edit high volumes of social content across different platforms
- Turn existing concepts, campaign direction, and raw assets into finished social content
- Edit short-form videos for reels, TikTok, stories, ads, and organic content
- Create simple but elevated graphic design assets for social media
- Write captions, hooks, and supporting social copy aligned with the brand tone of voice
- Support scheduling and publishing content across platforms
Shoot & Content Support
- Support on campaign and lifestyle shoots capturing behind-the-scenes and social-first content
- Assist with filming iPhone content for: lifestyle moments, BTS, trends, reactive content, social storytelling
- Help capture content in a way that feels natural, elevated, and aligned with the Thrivin aesthetic
Community Management
- Support daily community management across social channels
- Reply to comments and engage with the audience in the brand tone of voice
- Help maintain strong community engagement and brand presence online
- Escalate customer service or sensitive issues where needed
Content Coordination
- Help organise content files, assets, editing workflows, and posting calendars
- Ensure content is delivered on time and aligned with campaign schedules
- Support the wider marketing and social team with day-to-day execution needs
- Maintain consistency across social content and brand presentation
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years experience in social media, content creation, community management, or digital marketing roles
- Experience editing short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Experience using tools such as: CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro or similar editing tools
- Experience within fashion, beauty, fitness, lifestyle, or DTC brands is highly preferred
