The Social Media Coordinator is the frontline ambassador, managing the day-to-day pulse of the social media community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner Communication/Support: Handles urgent inbound awareness and flags.
- Community Management: Executes both proactive engagement (outreach) and reactive engagement (customer service/replies), supporting growth metrics. Actively monitor and engage partner social audiences to build brand loyalty, solve customer issues and incentivize engagement.
- Community Engagement: Proactively maintain lists of influential entities, personalities, local businesses, community groups, and more, reaching out to them often for collaborative partnerships to amplify partners’ social presence and grow social followings.
- Urgent Execution: Helps monitor partner emails and executes urgent same-day needs, including post edits and Stories. For content, secures final approval from the Content Rep.
- Social Execution: Manages the posting of Stories content, which requires a more agile, "in-the-moment" approach.
- Influencer & Collaboration Marketing: Work with the Brand Rep and influencer team to maintain targeted creator lists and regularly reach out to influencers for content development and collaborative opportunities.
- Growth Tactic Execution: Executes Influencer/Collaborations and identifies high-impact Social Media moments with Brand Rep oversight.
- Reporting Support: Provides critical assistance in gathering data for Detail Reports.
- Innovation: Identify and forecast emerging trends and share with the team.
- Team Coverage: Helps maintain team-wide operational continuity during periods of absence or transition.

ANNUAL SALARY: $45-$50K depending on experience.
