Role Description
We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to support the day-to-day content creation and social presence of a growing baby & toddler brand. This role is ideal for a mom who loves creating short-form content, understands what resonates with parents, and is comfortable filming products in a real home setting.
You’ll receive our products to use and showcase organically, creating authentic, relatable content that reflects everyday moments with little ones. One of the best parts of this role is the flexibility — content can be created on your own schedule, as long as filming is done in bright, natural lighting to keep videos light and airy.
If you have a baby and are comfortable featuring them (never required), that is an asset.
Qualifications
- Experience creating content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Reels)
- Strong understanding of trends, hooks, and short-form video storytelling
- Comfortable filming and editing content on a phone (CapCut, in-app tools, etc.)
- Confident speaking on camera or behind the lens
- Experience with baby, toddler, or family-focused content is an asset
- A baby or young child is a bonus if you’re comfortable including them in content
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines
- Strong attention to brand tone, aesthetics, and detail
