Position Overview
We’re hiring a Social Media Content Creator with a strong focus on video production and editing. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create compelling content across platforms—and knows how to turn raw footage into polished, high-performing assets.
You’ll play a key role in capturing and producing content for a variety of brands, helping bring campaigns to life across social, web, and video platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools
- Capture video and photo content on-site for clients across the DC metro area
- Produce content in both vertical (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and horizontal (YouTube, web) formats
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute content strategies and campaigns
- Assist in planning shoots, including concepting, shot lists, and execution
- Stay current on social media trends, formats, and platform best practices
- Organize and manage media assets, ensuring efficient workflows and delivery timelines
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in video editing and social media content creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required)
- Working knowledge of the **Adobe Creative Cloud suite (After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)
- Experience capturing content for social media platforms
- Strong understanding of short-form video trends and storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Must be based in the Washington, DC metro area and available for on-site client visits
