We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator
The Symbiosis Foundation is looking for a volunteer Social Media Content Creator to help us share our mission, activities, stories, and opportunities more clearly and consistently across digital channels.
As a growing social impact initiative, we want to strengthen how we communicate our work — from our Accelerator and community updates to events, stories, and collaboration opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, working with visuals, and turning ideas into engaging social media posts.
What You’ll Focus On
- Creating and drafting social media posts
- Finding, selecting, or creating suitable images and visuals
- Supporting the planning and scheduling of content
- Helping communicate updates around our Accelerator, events, stories, and community activities
- Contributing ideas for social media campaigns and digital storytelling
- Supporting blog-style content, short videos, or visual materials when relevant
Who This Role Is For
- People who enjoy social media content creation
- Creative thinkers with a good eye for visuals and storytelling
- Clear writers who can adapt content for different audiences
- Individuals interested in social impact, nonprofit work, or community-building
- Proactive contributors who are comfortable in a growing initiative
- Able to commit approximately 2–6 hours per week
Experience with Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram, scheduling tools, or basic video editing is welcome, but not required.
This is an unpaid volunteer role.
