ABOUT GRATIS
GRATIS is the NGO that gives away premium water for free. Brands fund the bottles, and the proceeds go to verified NGO partners. We don't do guilt. We do culture. We're launching across the Netherlands and the United States, and we're building the loudest creator program in the nonprofit world to do it.
THE "GRATIS 100" CREATOR INTERNSHIP
We're recruiting 100 creator interns who turn the GRATIS mission into daily short-form content on their own channels, in their own voice. This is not the kind of internship where you sit in meetings and take notes. You make things, and people see them.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll create short videos for TikTok, Reels & Shorts, plus posts for LinkedIn & X. Every Monday we send you a Format Brief with hook concepts and raw footage from street giveaways, festival activations, golden ticket hunts and behind-the-scenes moments. You bring the hooks, the edits and your personality.
You post on your own accounts. Your followers stay yours. We want your channel to grow, because a creator with a real audience does more for this mission than any brand page ever could.
When a format takes off, and one always does, the whole program remixes it together and the official GRATIS channels amplify the best versions. You'll post around 3 to 5 times a week to stay active. Most people do more, because the leaderboard is public and the tournament is real.
THE TOURNAMENT: 100 → 20 → 3
100 creators join per season (3 months, extendable to 6). 20 become Core Creators, leading squads next season with priority access and their own campaigns. 3 get hired. At the end of the program cycle, GRATIS fills up to three full-time roles in content, community and partnerships, and we hire from inside the program first. Always.
We won't pretend everyone walks away with a job. Three people do. The other ninety-seven leave with a bigger audience, a real portfolio, festival memories and a network they didn't have before. That's the honest deal.
WHAT YOU GET

REQUIREMENTS
- Based in or connected to the Netherlands (NL listing) / the United States (US listing)
- Active on at least one short-form platform (TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts) with your own account
- You understand why one video gets 200 views and another gets 2 million
- Able to create and post 3 to 5 pieces of content per week
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Clear communication in English (Dutch is a bonus for NL squads)
- High agency: you ship without being chased
- 18 years or older
No professional experience required. No degree required. Students, recent grads, dropouts with a plan, campus micro-influencers, UGC creators: all welcome. We care about what you make, not what's on paper.
PRACTICAL DETAILS
This is an unpaid internship with a Dutch foundation. It's a learning program, not a job, so there's no salary & no employment relationship. Students can often arrange study credit through their school, and we're happy to support that. A season lasts 3 months, extendable to a maximum of 6 in special cases. Costs made for official GRATIS activities can be covered when agreed in advance. There's no visa or relocation sponsorship for this program.
You keep full ownership of your accounts & followers. GRATIS receives permission to share and amplify the content you create for the program.
One rule we take seriously: GRATIS creators post bold, provocative & honest content. No fake accounts, no fake personas, no staged moments presented as real, no made-up claims. Bold is the brand. Fake gets you removed.
HOW TO APPLY
No CV. No cover letter. No motivation essay nobody reads.
Record a 30-second video answering one question: "Why does free water make you angry or excited?"
Post it on TikTok, Reels or Shorts with #GRATIS100 and tag @gratis.ngo & @gratis, or upload it directly at gratis.ngo/internship.
We onboard 25 new creators every month. First squads start right away.
