Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Assistant. The role involves creating, managing, and scheduling social media content, engaging with online communities, monitoring trends, and executing social media marketing strategies to support brand awareness and engagement. The Social Media Assistant will collaborate with the team to develop innovative campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across digital platforms.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, Social Media Marketing, and general Social Media platform management
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills, with an ability to craft clear and engaging messaging
  • Familiarity with content planning tools and digital marketing trends
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics to improve performance and strategies
  • Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities
  • Experience in community engagement and brand building through digital channels
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred


Requirements

  • Experience in social media support or digital marketing roles
  • Understanding of major social media platforms
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
