Social Media & Customer Success Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media & Customer Success Manager to help athletes launch, grow, and promote their presence on Corner.
This is a full-time role for someone early to mid in their career who understands social media growth, content, creators, and community. You’ll work directly with athletes, helping them grow their audience, package their offering, and turn fans into paying supporters.
What you’ll do
- Help athletes set up, launch, and build momentum on Corner
- Coach athletes on social media growth, content, consistency, hooks, and formats
- Support content ideas, posting angles, and simple launch campaigns
- Help athletes package their offering so fans understand what they get and why it matters
- Guide athletes on how to promote their Corner across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
- Track what works and improve performance over time
- Share insights to improve onboarding, activation, and athlete success
- Use AI tools to speed up content, research, and execution
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years of experience growing social media accounts, either your own or for creators, brands, athletes, or companies
- Strong hands-on experience with Instagram and TikTok, including content formats, hooks, trends, posting strategy, and what drives engagement
- Comfortable advising and coaching athletes directly
- Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Proactive, organized, and ownership-driven
- Curious about AI tools and how to use them in your workflow
- Interest in sports, creators, and community building
Nice to have
- Experience working with creators, talent, athletes, or sports brands
- Experience in customer success, account management, or social media marketing
- Experience planning launches, campaigns, or growth playbooks
