ROLE DESCRIPTION
Blue Orange USA is currently recruiting a Social Media & Community Manager to join the Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing
Supervisor, this role will support the growth and visibility of the Blue Orange games across the U.S. market, contributing to social media
strategy, content creation, community engagement, retail activation, and digital marketing initiatives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage the social media strategy across all platforms
(Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Quora, etc.).
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content in advance using
structured content calendars aligned with marketing priorities and
product launches.
- Design and publish posts using Hootsuite or similar scheduling
tools.
- Manage the TikTok Shop presence, including product listings,
promotions, and campaign coordination.
- Grow and engage the community by responding to comments,
moderating discussions, and implementing initiatives that increase
visibility and participation.
INFLUENCER & PARTNERSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Expand and manage the network of influencers and content
creators
- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with partners
- Coordinate product exchanges, collaborations, and monthly game
shipments
- Track shipments and manage follow-ups with partners
- Develop and manage affiliate programs (TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
CONTENT CREATION & ASSET MANAGEMENT
- Develop campaign concepts and marketing taglines
- Create basic visual content using Canva or similar tools
- Prepare briefs for the Design team and coordinate the production
of marketing assets
- Create and maintain product specification sheets during game
development
- Manage and organize the company’s image and video asset library
- Archive assets using consistent naming and structured folders
REPORTING & PERFORMANCE MONITORING
- Monitor social media performance and community feedback
- Produce regular reports tracking key KPIs (engagement, reach,
growth, traffic)
- Conduct community surveys and collect feedback
- Test new tools and strategies to increase engagement and
visibility
- Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or
related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and
community engagement.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva or
equivalent).
- Proficiency in basic video editing.
- Experience with scheduling tools (Hootsuite) and
email platforms (Mailchimp).
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and generate
reports.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in
English.
- Good understanding of U.S. culture and social media
trends.
- Comfortable representing the brand on social media,
including appearing in photo and video content when
needed.
- Willingness to travel within the United
States 1–4 times per year.
- Interest in board games and the gaming industry is a
strong asset.
