You won't be working alone. You'll coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and creative collaborators to bring content to life. Your job is to be the engine that keeps everything moving — managing the workflow, hitting the deadlines, and making sure nothing stalls between concept and publish.

- Content goes out on time, every time — no exceptions
- Posts are distributed throughout the month, not batched at the end
- Client accounts are organized, structured, and proactive

This is not about ideas — it's about execution at a high standard. Strategy comes after the machine is running.
- Execute and manage social media posting across 3–5 client accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Create content (captions, copy, formatting) and coordinate with designers on graphics using clear briefs
- Build and maintain monthly content calendars with posts scheduled and evenly distributed
- Manage content through an internal approval workflow — nothing goes live without sign-off
- Handle client account coordination and updates
- Organize assets, files, and workflows in shared tools (not personal accounts)
- Help build and refine internal systems (SOPs, onboarding, processes) — after the content is flowing
- Support scaling multiple brands simultaneously
You are the person who makes sure things actually happen.
- Primarily remote with occasional in-person days for client meetings, content shoots, and events
- Must be based in Las Vegas
- Company-provided phone and computer — all work is done on company equipment and in shared tools
- You manage your own schedule — but the output speaks for itself
- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in social media content creation, scheduling, and account management
- Agency or multi-client experience preferred
- Highly detail-oriented and organized — you catch what others miss
- Fast, responsive, and reliable in communication
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
- Takes direction well, implements feedback without defensiveness, and raises concerns respectfully
- Works in the tools and systems provided — not personal accounts or workarounds
- Understands that this is a team environment with clear leadership and structure
- Someone who sees themselves as a strategist first and an executor second
- Someone who struggles with deadlines, organization, or consistent follow-through
- Someone who is slow to respond or goes quiet when things get hard
- Someone who has other significant commitments that would prevent full-time focus
- Someone uncomfortable receiving direct, honest feedback on their work
- Base: Paid weekly every Friday
- Performance bonus: Monthly, tied to clear and measurable goals set at the start of each month
- Total potential: $3,000–$6,000/month as you grow with us
- Additional incentives: Client referral commissions, retention bonuses, upsell commissions
- Growth path: Formal review at 90 days. Our intention is to increase compensation quarterly as the business grows. More clients, more responsibility, more earning potential.
