What You Will Do:
- Lead editorial decisions on post type, format, timing, and visuals to maximise Facebook engagement and monetisation earnings;
- Optimise native posts—including images, articles, and other content—for maximum ROI, linking all performance directly to monetisation results;
- Analyse audience behaviour, trends, and metrics to inform content strategy and drive revenue growth;
- Provide structured guidance to content teams on headlines, formats, captions, and visuals to improve engagement and monetisation;
- Test and experiment with post types and storytelling approaches to continually optimise performance.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, working with Facebook content strategy and monetisation programmes;
- Strong understanding of Facebook algorithm mechanics, content distribution, and revenue drivers;
- Experience analysing audience insights and performance metrics to maximise ROI;
- Ability to make editorial decisions that drive audience growth and monetisation;
- Strong writing skills and experience crafting engaging, scroll-stopping headlines and captions;
- You are based in the UK.
