About The Job
Think Jam is a leading entertainment creative agency growing the world’s most loved fandoms and franchises on the frontlines of social. We partner with studios, executives and IP holders to give entertainment brands a distinctive voice online and turn marketing channels into vibrant homes for fandom.
We’re looking for a Social Community Manager to join the UK team working on one of the world’s most recognisable entertainment streaming services.
You’ll be helping manage conversation on one of the most visible entertainment social accounts in the UK, where posts can travel quickly and fan conversation moves fast.
This is a role for someone who understands that great community management is about conversation, not just moderation. You’ll be the voice of the brand across fast-moving social platforms, engaging fans in real time and helping shape the tone of some of the internet’s most visible entertainment channels.
You’ll bring deep expertise in Twitter/X and Threads, instinctively understanding how conversations unfold on those platforms and how brands can participate in ways that feel witty, culturally aware and genuinely entertaining.
You’re an exceptional social copywriter, comfortable crafting sharp replies, reactive posts and conversation starters at speed. You know when to lean into humour, when to celebrate fandom, and when to steer conversations constructively.
Working closely with strategists, creatives and clients, you’ll help turn entertainment releases into lively online communities before, during and long after launch.
This position is remote and based in the UK.
What You'll Do
Think Jam is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation, or age. We actively encourage people from all walks of life, including those from historically marginalised groups and non-traditional backgrounds to apply.
