Rollout Manger - German Speaking
Our International Telecoms client is looking for a German/ English speaking Rollout Manager for Cutting-Edge 5G Deployment in Europe.
Are you an experienced telecom professional ready to take the lead on exciting network rollout projects? We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Rollout Manager to oversee large-scale telecom deployments, supporting a pivotal project in Germany. This is your opportunity to manage innovative telecom infrastructure, coordinate diverse teams, and ensure seamless deployment — all while working remotely and traveling (once per quarter) to Germany.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience managing RAN rollout or swap projects with telecom providers
- Strong understanding of site deployment scopes, subcontractor coordination, and onsite management
- Exceptional team leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and customer relations abilities
- Proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to perform under pressure
- Fluency in German and English, ensuring clear communication across international teams
- Knowledge of telecom rollout processes and deliverables
- Understanding of installation guides, site survey planning, and hardware/material coordination
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with Huawei, ZTE, or other telecom equipment vendors
- Prior involvement in large-scale telecom projects across Europe
- Certifications related to telecom deployment or project management
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Background as a Field Manager, Senior Site Supervisor, Telecom Implementation Manager, or Site Engineer
- Relevant hands-on experience in telecom site deployment and project coordination
- Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams in remote or onsite environments
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel to Germany approximately once per quarter
- Access to a compliant laptop suitable for telecom deployment activities
- Fluent in German and English
