- Strong understanding of Real-Time Communication (RTC) technologies.
- Solid knowledge of the SIP protocol, SIP routing, signaling flows, and troubleshooting methods.
- Experience working with dial plans, call routing logic, and number normalization.
- Solid understanding of network and firewall concepts (routing, NAT, ports, security rules).
- Experience working with APIs, REST interfaces, and communication platform integrations.
- Ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation and architecture designs.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex communication environments.
- Proficiency with collaboration and workflow tools, including:
- Confluence (documentation, knowledge base)
- Jira (task and project management)
- ServiceNow (incident, change, and request management)
