We’re seeking a part-time Short-Form Video Content Creator to join a small (and growing), friendly Meta ads agency working with coaches and service providers in the personal development, business, spiritual, and wellness space.
This role is ideal for someone who already knows what makes short-form video work - especially when it comes to engagement, flow, and selling - and who enjoys bringing both skill and creative instinct to their work.
This is a remote role, ideally suited to someone based in the UK or Europe. We’re also open to applicants in EST timezone.
You’ll be:
- Editing high-quality short-form videos and reels specifically for paid ads on Facebook and Instagram.
- Turning talking-head footage and b-roll into scroll-stopping content with strong flow, pacing, and visual clarity.
- Confidently choosing caption styles, placement, and timing without needing micromanagement.
- Adapting your editing style to suit different clients, brands, and briefs (our content should never look “one-style-fits-all”).
- Occasionally suggesting structures, angles, or creative ideas that could improve performance - even if it’s something we haven’t thought of yet.
- Keeping up to date with short-form video trends without creating gimmicky or overdone content.
You will work closely with our internal team, including media buyers who will provide briefs and context for each client. You’ll also collaborate with the founder on strategy and creative direction when needed, while being trusted to bring your own expertise and judgment to the editing process.
This is a behind-the-scenes role (not client-facing).
This is an amazing opportunity for someone who:

- Has strong creative taste and understands how video content supports marketing and sales.

- Wants consistent, ongoing work rather than one-off gigs.
Responsibilities
- Edit approximately 25–30 reels per month to start (across ~5 clients), with scope to increase within a few months.
Create:
- Talking-head edits (clean cuts, good pacing, captions, occasional b-roll).
- B-roll-based reels with engaging visual captions.
- Ensure all videos are optimised specifically for paid ads on Facebook and Instagram (clarity, pacing, captioning, hook strength, and performance in-feed).
- Deliver edits with quick turnaround times (typically within 1–2 working days).
- Follow client-specific briefs and styles while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
- Flag when footage or creative direction could be improved or refreshed.
Must have
- Proven experience creating short-form video content (reels/shorts) - please be ready to share examples.
- Experience editing content for clients, not just personal accounts.
- Strong understanding of what works on social media for engagement and retention.
- A good understanding of marketing and selling through content.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt your editing style to different brands and audiences.
- Confidence working independently with minimal back-and-forth.
Nice to have
- Experience creating short-form video for ads, not just organic content.
- Familiarity with coaches, personal brands, or service-based businesses.
