Conversion optimization is a core revenue driver at GTE.
In this role, you won’t just support CRO efforts — you’ll own conversion performance end-to-end, directly impacting:
- Conversion rate (CVR)
- Average order value (AOV)
- Overall revenue across product pages
Success in this role means you’ll be able to:
- Optimize 100+ product pages for conversion and AOV
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks across product funnels
- Improve key conversion drivers:
- Copywriting
- Offer structure
- Page layout
- Visual hierarchy
- Run A/B tests with clear, measurable revenue impact
- Turn supplier or basic assets into high-converting product pages
- Diagnose whether performance issues are driven by:
- Offer
- Design
- Traffic quality
- Have 3+ years of hands-on eCommerce CRO / conversion optimization experience
- Have worked with large product catalogs (100+ SKUs)
- Have hands-on Shopify experience
- Have a proven track record of improving conversion rates and/or revenue
- Have strong direct-response copywriting skills
- Understand consumer psychology and buying behavior
- Are comfortable being measured on performance and results
- Experience with DTC brands, dropshipping, or affiliate marketing
- Experience scaling high-SKU stores
