About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic ServiceNow Senior Manager to drive the growth and success of our ServiceNow practice and help our customers bring their ServiceNow ITAM platforms to life. This pivotal role will focus on expanding revenue, managing delivery teams to achieve client outcomes, and developing innovative service offerings. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the practice delivers exceptional value to clients and meets business objectives.


As a ServiceNow Senior Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand and grow the ServiceNow ITAM practice, increasing revenue and market share through technical implementations and managed services.
  • Provide thought leadership, positioning the practice as a market leader in ITAM ServiceNow solutions and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ServiceNow, aligning on opportunities and leveraging their ecosystem to drive growth.
  • Oversee operational delivery to ensure client retention and successful project outcomes.
  • Manage and refine service offerings, including their creation, definition, and operational procedures.
  • Serve as a product owner, driving innovation and continuous improvement in ServiceNow solutions.
  • Lead the creation and execution of Statements of Work (SOWs) with clear scope and deliverables.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and business development teams to drive enablement and pre-sales efforts.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring professional growth and retention.
  • Manage resourcing across multiple engagements, ensuring workloads are prioritized and standards of quality are upheld.


Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in managing and growing a professional and managed services practice (ideally around ServiceNow ITAM products), including delivery leadership and revenue growth.
  • Expertise and detailed awareness of ServiceNow ITAM solutions, such as SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CCM, EA (APM), and ITOM.
  • Knowledge and awareness of ITSM, ITIL, and enterprise software frameworks – experience of building and deliver services that adhere to them.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and operationalize service offerings and delivery processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • ServiceNow certifications or equivalent expertise and understanding in enterprise software.
  • Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in SOW creation, client relationship management, and building scalable operational procedures.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry certifications such as ITIL, ServiceNow, or equivalent.
  • Track record of innovative thought leadership in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Experience in developing product-related marketing strategies and driving the adoption of new offerings.
