Keylime Consultants are partnering with a well-established, forward-thinking organisation to appoint a Senior Workday HCM Specialist within an international HRIS function. This permanent, fully remote role offers the opportunity to work on global Workday initiatives in a collaborative, stable environment that values transparency, partnership, and continuous improvement.


This role is available remotely in Spain with a salary in the region of €60,000 > €75,000

As a Senior Workday HCM Specialist, you will play a key role in the ongoing optimisation of the Workday environment, balancing day-to-day system ownership with strategic enhancement initiatives. You will maintain system integrity, manage configurations, resolve complex issues, support new functionality, and contribute to global implementations, enhancements, and process improvements.


You will also work closely with HR, IT, and external partners to support stakeholders, drive Workday adoption, manage releases and testing, and ensure new features are successfully embedded to deliver real business value.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM, with a focus on Advanced Compensation and/or Talent & Performance
  • Configure, maintain, and enhance the Workday system in line with business requirements
  • Manage tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide second- or third-line support
  • Support and contribute to global Workday implementations and change initiatives
  • Lead or assist with system upgrades, releases, testing, and deployment activities
  • Partner with HR and other stakeholders to improve processes and user experience
  • Provide guidance, documentation, and support to drive user adoption and engagement


Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar Workday HCM role, ideally within an international or multi-country environment
  • Hands-on experience with Advanced Compensation and/or Talent & Performance
  • Additional exposure to HCM Core, Compensation, Recruiting or related Workday modules is advantageous
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Highly organised, collaborative, and customer-focused approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a mindset geared towards continuous improvement
  • Eligibility to work in Europe without visa sponsorship
