We are a growing, regulated financial services organization specializing in payment processing and account management solutions. We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead and scale our operational functions during an exciting phase of growth.
About the Role
The Senior Vice President of Operations will play a critical leadership role overseeing payment processing, client operations, and project execution. This executive will balance strategic planning with hands‑on leadership, driving operational excellence, regulatory alignment, and exceptional service delivery.
This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to execute near‑ and long‑term initiatives that support business growth, innovation, and scalability.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop high‑performing teams across payment processing and client operations
- Oversee daily processing activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Analyze KPIs and operational metrics to meet service and performance goals
- Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Oversee training programs, vendor relationships, and operational technology platforms
- Lead and manage cross‑functional projects, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery
- Provide operational reporting, insights, and budget oversight
- Serve as an executive representative with vendors, partners, and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years leading payment processing operations
- 5+ years managing customer service or client operations teams
- Experience with accounting, reconciliation, and financial controls
- Background in regulated financial services environments preferred
- Payments or treasury certifications (e.g., ACH, treasury, or related) preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with modern productivity and collaboration tools
- Ability to quickly learn proprietary systems
