A complex financial services or multi-entity enterprise is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance to lead financial transformation, reporting modernization, and strategic capital planning across a large, evolving organization. This executive will play a critical role in building scalable financial infrastructure, improving reporting capabilities, and driving long-term financial strategy. The role will partner closely with executive leadership and the board to support growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead enterprise financial transformation and modernization initiatives
• Oversee financial reporting, FP&A, and strategic planning functions
• Drive capital planning, liquidity strategy, and financial structuring initiatives
• Lead implementation of financial systems and reporting platforms
• Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy and performance management
• Present financial performance and strategic initiatives to board members and stakeholders
• Build scalable financial processes across a complex, multi-entity structure
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance organization
Qualifications
• 20 or more years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Prior experience as SVP of Finance, CFO, or equivalent senior leadership role
• Strong background in financial systems implementation and reporting transformation
• Experience building and scaling finance organizations in complex environments
• Proven track record presenting to boards and executive leadership
• CPA required
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
Compensation Details
Base salary: $350,000 to $550,000
Bonus: Performance-based incentive opportunity
