Venn is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to elevate our user experience and drive product success through user-centered design. In this role, you will craft exceptional interfaces and interactions across desktop, mobile, and web platforms, ensuring the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and user satisfaction. As our Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the look, feel, and functionality of our product, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver truly impactful user experiences.
What You Will Do
Oversee the End-to-End User Journey
- Map and refine user experiences across desktop, mobile, and web platforms
- Identify and address user pain points to maximize usability, accessibility, and satisfaction
- Optimize key touchpoints to ensure a seamless, consistent experience throughout the product lifecycle
- Develop and enforce design guidelines to maintain intuitive user flows and consistent design elements
- Promote coherence in functionality, brand identity, and interaction patterns across all platforms
- Lead UX research initiatives, including usability testing and feedback sessions
- Synthesize findings and iterate on designs to continuously improve the user experience
- Advocate for user-focused design principles throughout the organization
- Partner with product management, engineering, and stakeholders to align UX priorities with business goals and technical constraints
- Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively across cross-functional teams
- Balance user needs with feasibility, ensuring that design requirements are clear, actionable, and well-integrated into the product development process
Experience & Education
- 6+ years of progressive UX/UI design experience with a compelling, demonstrable portfolio
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, User Experience Design, or related field (Master’s and/or professional certifications are a plus)
- Hands-on exposure to enterprise technologies (e.g., virtual desktops, Zero Trust, mobile device management, endpoint security, network/edge security, data security, DLP, governance, and compliance)
- Proven track record designing intuitive experiences for desktop, mobile, and web
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Experience designing native Windows and Mac applications
- Deep expertise in user-centered design, including user research, usability testing, and data analysis
- Strategic, product-oriented mindset with the ability to align UX initiatives to broader business objectives
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Adept at cross-functional collaboration within agile, fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills to drive design decisions based on data
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a rapidly evolving tech landscape
- Ability to work US-based hours for Zoom sessions with users and real-time collaboration with Venn teammates
