About Seprify:
Headquartered in Marly (CH), Seprify AG, founded in 2022 as a spin-out from the University of Cambridge and the University of Fribourg, develops high-performance ingredients from cellulose, the world’s most abundant biopolymer.
We are building a new class of light-scattering, high-performance materials designed to replace conventional polymeric and mineral based functional ingredients across industries.
We are a scaling deep-tech company combining scientific excellence with entrepreneurial execution. This role offers significant ownership, direct exposure to leadership and the opportunity to shape a growing commercial engine.
Role Overview:
You will take full commercial ownership of our Cosmetics & Personal Care segment and turn technical validation into visible, revenue-generating market adoption. This is not a distributor management role and not a corporate account manager position. It is a hands-on, high-impact commercial role in a growing materials company.
You will operate at the intersection of science and business, working directly with formulators, brands, and our internal technical team to drive visible market adoption.
Responsibilities:
Build the cosmetics commercial engine
