What You’ll Do:
- Act as a technical liaison across diverse stakeholders, identifying trade-offs and mitigating risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and provide clear, actionable updates.
- Drive issue resolution independently, escalate major risks appropriately, and influence outcomes.
- Apply data-driven insights to implement holistic, system-level solutions.
- Simplify complex technical concepts for cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, and data science.
- Maintain a relentless focus on execution, accountability, and customer success.
- Collaborate across multiple teams and organizations to achieve program goals.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on technical experience (software development, systems engineering, data engineering, or site reliability).
- Proven track record delivering large, complex programs with cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud architectures (AWS preferred).
- Background in SaaS platforms and scalable product development.
- Familiarity with agile delivery and planning.
- Exposure to Generative AI applications for business efficiency.
- Experience in regulated environments.
- Advanced technical degree preferred.
