WHAT YOU’LL DO


As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage full-cycle recruitment across high-growth operating companies, working closely with hiring managers to execute efficient, high-quality searches. You’ll be responsible for consistently sourcing top talent, managing 5+ concurrent requisitions across multiple departments, and delivering high retention, on-time hires across business-critical roles. This role is ideal for a high-output, detail-oriented recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

  • High-Performing Recruiter – Proven ability to manage 10+ roles simultaneously and deliver timely, high-retention hires.
  • Top-of-Funnel Expert – Skilled in cold outreach and passive sourcing, consistently submitting 5+ qualified candidates per role.
  • Multi-Entity Recruiting Experience – Successfully partnered with multiple business units and portfolio companies, adapting to distinct hiring needs, cultures, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining consistent delivery standards.
  • Cross-Functional Generalist – Strong experience recruiting for marketing, sales, finance, operations, and support functions.
  • Start-Up Mindset – Comfortable navigating ambiguity, urgency, and shifting priorities in founder-led, high-growth environments.
  • Process-Oriented Operator – Maintains flawless ATS hygiene and tracking while executing searches efficiently and systematically.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own 5–8 concurrent requisitions end-to-end across multiple business units, launching calibrated searches within 48 hours of intake and delivering 5+ qualified candidates per role within 10 days, with consistent final-round conversion.
  • Drive measurable hiring outcomes, filling 6+ roles within 90 days while maintaining 80%+ on-time delivery, strong 90-day retention, and a 60%+ recruiter screen pass-through rate.
  • Operate as a strategic hiring partner, leading intake scoping, compensation alignment, scorecard calibration, and stakeholder expectation setting to ensure alignment and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Continuously optimize recruiting performance, using funnel analytics and sourcing metrics to refine search strategy and contributing to process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies grounded in market research and talent mapping, leveraging LinkedIn, social platforms, and other talent sourcing tools to identify and engage high-quality prospective candidates.

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, managing 5+ concurrent searches with consistent, on-time delivery.
  • Strong search execution, delivering 5+ qualified candidates per role with reliable final-round conversion.

  • Experienced in founder-led, high-growth environments, operating with speed, autonomy, and adaptability.
  • Advanced cold sourcing and passive talent engagement skills.
