This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiting professional with experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) space and a strong track record of delivering high-quality candidates across multiple locations.
You will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy while enhancing the employer brand in competitive talent markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders
- Proactively source candidates through creative channels, networking, and talent pipelines
- Manage multiple requisitions across national and multi-location hiring needs
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure adherence to all recruitment policies, procedures, and DoD compliance standards
- Provide market insights and influence both short- and long-term recruiting strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting in complex environments
- Experience recruiting for DoD-related roles, specifically Contract Administrators and Subcontract Administrators
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy
