Remote – Supply Chain Planner 4
LHH has a client who needs a Remote – Supply Chain Planner 4 will be executing sourcing and supply chain management strategies ensures predictable on-time performance, optimized for cost, prevents urgent unplanned investments and provides accurate, timely information across the supply base and internally across the infrastructure organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the key liaison between Capacity Planning and Build Order/Fulfillment teams to stabilize supply-demand planning and execution.
- Drive demand and supply shaping activities to ensure timely delivery of finished goods to global data centers.
- Analyze supply and demand data to align inventory levels with customer and capacity planning requirements.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by minimizing overstock and stockout situations.
- Develop forecasting models and inventory management tools to support supply chain planning.
- Establish, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor inventory supply trends and implement process improvements for inventory optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and business partners to support supply chain operations.
- Manage supplier and business trade-offs while balancing operational and strategic priorities.
- Achieve delivery performance targets and continuously identify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives alongside daily operational responsibilities.
- Support organization-wide projects focused on improving delivery, reliability, and operational agility.
- Conduct complex data analysis to identify supply chain issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Present findings, updates, and recommendations to leadership and senior executive stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- Strong experience in supply chain planning, demand/supply management, inventory management, or related operations.
- Proven ability to perform complex data analysis and translate insights into operational improvements.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple priorities and escalations simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across written, verbal, and executive-facing formats.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Experience developing and managing KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities with focus on corrective action implementation.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and execution.
- Experience working with suppliers, global integrators, and internal stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Proven ability to drive accountability, process closure, and operational efficiencies.
- MS or MBA preferred.
📍 Location: Remote
💵 Pay: $40–$45/hr.
