We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical lead for Enterprise sales engagements, guiding prospective clients through product evaluations, technical discovery, and proofs of concept. In this role, you will act as the primary technical partner, translating complex customer requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable solutions. You will work closely with Account Executives to demonstrate how automation and workflow platforms integrate with existing systems, ensuring seamless adoption. This position requires strong hands-on technical skills, a deep understanding of cloud architectures, APIs, and integrations, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will influence customer adoption strategies, contribute to product feedback, and help shape pre-sales processes. The role offers the opportunity to work remotely across Europe within a collaborative, innovative, and high-impact environment.

Accountabilities

  • Lead technical discovery calls, tailored demos, and proofs of concept for Enterprise customers, showcasing solution capabilities in complex environments.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to assess technical fit, address objections, and shape deal strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end proofs of concept, including scoping success criteria and providing hands-on guidance throughout the evaluation.
  • Advise customers on deployment, security, governance, and scalability considerations to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IT, Security, Platform, and Engineering stakeholders as the primary technical contact.
  • Gather structured feedback from customers and share insights with Product and Engineering teams to enhance solutions and pre-sales processes.
  • Contribute to the development of enablement materials that strengthen Enterprise sales engagement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or sales engineering roles, preferably within B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong technical proficiency with API integrations, authentication protocols, scripting (JavaScript and/or Python), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience translating customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Proven experience building relationships with technical stakeholders across infrastructure, security, and engineering teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple priorities and responsibilities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for onboarding sessions and team collaboration within EMEA.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, or workflow orchestration platforms is a plus.
  • Advanced technical education in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is desirable.
  • Active engagement with open-source communities or technical communities is advantageous.
  • Data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing metrics to improve pre-sales processes and customer outcomes.
